No-bake Coconut Snowballs


2 Cups

Scraped Coconut

1/2 Cup

Sweetened Condensed Milk

1/2 Tsp

Vanilla Extract

1/2 Cup

Powdered Sugar

 Bake 2 Cups of Yara Fresh Grated Coconut at 120°C for 30 mins. In a large mixing bowl, combine the baked dry coconut, sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls of about 1 inch  in diameter. Then roll the formed coconut balls in baked coconut to coat them. Place the coconut snowballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up. After they have firmed up, you can transfer the snowballs to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve.
