Karapincha Kenda (Curry Leaves Porridge)

Ingredients

Fresh Curry Leaves Sprigs

1/2 Cup

Coconut Milk

To taste

Onions

To taste

Garlic

1 Tsp

Fenugreek Seeds

1 to taste

Salt

Rinse the curry leaves thoroughly under running water to remove any impurities. In a blender, blend coconut and curry leaves with water and keep the squeezed juice aside. Place the pot on the stove over medium heat and add the coconut curry leaves juice, add chopped garlic and onion ,and bring the mixture to a boil. Remove the pot from the heat and serve warm.
