SHELF LIFE
When the product has been stored appropriately and unopened, frozen grated coconut has shelflife of
12 months from the date of manufacturing.
Once opened, keep frozen and use within 14 days.
STORAGE
Ideal product storage temperature <-18 oC (Frozen). It is advisable to store the product within this
temperature to ensure safety and quality throughout its shelf life.
THAWING
Dip the packet in lukewarm water or use microwave to defrost the product before use.
