Coconut Milk Chia Pudding


1/4 Cup

Chia Seeds

1 Cup

Coconut Milk 


1-2 Tbsp.

Sweetener of choice (Honey)

1/2 Tsp

Vanilla Extract (Optional)

Extract coconut milk from Yara Fresh Scraped Coconut.

In a bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract if using.

Mix well to ensure that the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or preferably overnight.

This allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.

After the pudding has set, give it a good stir to break up any clumps and to evenly distribute the chia seeds.

Spoon the coconut cream chia pudding into serving dishes or jars.

Top with your favorite toppings, such as sliced fruits, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of additional sweetener.

Serve and enjoy your Coconut Milk Chia Pudding.
